All orders are made to order and typically require 2 business days for handling and preparation before dispatch.
As a newly launched business, please note that order processing times may occasionally be slower than stated while we establish our production and fulfilment workflow. We are continuously working to improve our handling speeds and packaging quality as we grow, and we appreciate your patience during this early stage. Processing times will be updated here as they improve.
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your address and chosen shipping option.
International Duties, Taxes & Delivery Charges
To keep shipping costs as affordable as possible for our customers, duties and taxes are not prepaid on international orders. Instead, you may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, charged directly by customs or the courier upon delivery.
This approach helps us avoid the significantly higher shipping costs associated with prepaying duties on your behalf, allowing us to offer lower shipping rates at checkout. The buyer is responsible for any such charges, which are separate from and in addition to your order total.

Please note that delivery may be delayed while this payment is pending. If charges are not paid within the courier's specified time frame, your parcel may be returned to us or disposed of by customs, and shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
All customs declarations reflect the true purchase value of your order, in accordance with international customs regulations.
